A1 Mini Loads is a Western Australian family owned and operated business. We first established our business in 1989 and have built a solid clientele base with many satisfied repeat customers. Builders, tradesmen, renovators, and gardeners happily use our service. A husband-and-wife team, we operate from our home in Thornlie. 

Tim is the sand and soil expert and will deliver your product in a timely and efficient manner while taking reasonable care to meet your requirements. Deb takes orders, provides quotes, and answers your queries while maintaining the office side of things. We pride ourselves on our professional, reliable, and friendly service and always endeavour to meet our customers’ requests.
