ADD Corporation is a versatile company based in Morganville, Queensland, offering specialised services in mechanical maintenance, civil earthworks, and concreting. With over 35 years of combined experience, the company serves clients across Australia and the Pacific, ensuring minimal downtime and superior project outcomes through its expert team and comprehensive fleet of machinery.

We have a diverse workforce consisting of both male and female tradespeople, and we take pride in utilising and upskilling the local workforce where possible. We follow and carefully consider culturally appropriate work practices when working in remote Indigenous communities to best preserve the environment and its cultural heritage.

How We Started

Our founder, Michael, spent his childhood on his family’s cattle properties in remote Western Queensland, where he developed an infatuation with dozers and all things mechanical. He went on to dedicate his education and career to mechanical engineering, earning multiple trade qualifications and a wealth of experience in heavy machinery operations, repairs, rebuilds, and machinery maintenance.

While working in the industry, Michael noticed a skill shortage and a need for quality-compliant tradespeople in the Northern Territory. He sought to become the solution, relocating to the NT, where he began independently contracting as Aussie Dust & Diesel. Quickly, the team expanded to meet contractual needs across the state.

In 2019, Aussie Dust & Diesel expanded into civil construction, bringing in an additional director, Damien Jeffrey. Damien has over 45 years of industry experience in civil construction. In 2020, both Michael and Damien noticed a skills shortage in the residential landscaping and construction fields and added an additional department to the company to fill this void. In 2021, Aussie Dust & Diesel transitioned to ADD Corporation. Michael now dedicates his passion for quality maintenance to managing and working alongside our ADD Corporation team, where he ensures our clients are provided superior machinery maintenance while maintaining our zero LTI (long-time injury) record.
