Concrete water tanks.

Our concrete water tanks are engineered and manufactured to the highest of standards and have been independently engineered to Australian standards. In addition to water harvesting and storage, our tanks are suitable for a wide range of applications including water retention / detention and water treatment applications. These tanks are designed and manufactured at our factory to suit your requirements.

Allcast Precast concrete water tanks can be supplied with standard lids (500kg capacity), light trafficable lids (2T point load capacity) or completely upgraded to Class D T44 load rated tanks and lid.

• Large concrete water tanks.

Due to today’s climate and water restrictions many people are opting for large capacity water storage tanks. These tanks are designed for residential, rural and commercial situations. Our commercial heavy duty concrete tanks can be manifolded for water retention / detention and fire fighting storage. Fittings, tank heights and lids can be customised to your needs.

We can provide squat tanks which are ideal for high water table or rocky areas with difficult excavation. Our 3.5m diameter range (10,200ltr - 23,000ltr) are suitable for above ground and retaining situations.

• Small concrete water tanks.

Allcast Precast small concrete water tanks are designed to exceed minimum holding capacity requirements for single and multi residential buildings.

These tanks are ideal for townhouses and developments with small sized allotments. With the option of placing our light trafficable lids on top for underground use it allows precious space to be available on housing blocks. Lids and covers can be altered for below lawn, driveways and patios.

The Allcast Precast 5,200ltr squat underground concrete water tank is designed and manufactured for residential and commercial builds. The dimensions of the tank allows for shallow excavation which is great for areas with high water tables or rocky ground.

Detention and Retention.

• Detention tanks.

Detention tanks are used to relieve additional pressure on stormwater systems due to ground cover such as buildings or carparks. Detention tanks are designed into projects to counter the reduction in ground absorption and slow down water flows.

Typically the tanks have high level, high flow inlets with a smaller low level outlet. In the event of prolonged heavy rainfall the high level overflow will release any water above the capacity of the tank.

At Allcast we manufacture a number of squat circular tanks along with modular rectangular tanks for larger situations. Feel free to contact our office for workable configurations.

• Retention tanks.

Retention tanks are used to retain water for reuse in applications such as house supply, irrigation and fire storage. See our large and small tank range for the different sizes available. We can customise inlet, outlet and overflow positions and sizes to meet your needs.

By installing an under ground wastewater treatment system you are automatically helping the environment. With the constant population growth and demand on water increasing each year a wastewater treatment system allows the household to recycle wastewater for irrigation purposes. Waste water from your bathroom, laundry and kitchen is treated through a series of processes within the tank and clean treated water is pumped out onto your designated irrigated area.

Easy installation.

Each system is transported to site and craned into position (where possible) using specialised lifting equipment where a professional installer will plumb the tank up to the house drain line and power supply ready for use. You will need to enter into a maintenance service contract with your installer to ensure continued optimum operation of your system.

Allcast Precast manufactures a range of concrete septic tanks from 3,050L to 20,000L. All of our concrete septic tanks comply with Australian Standards and are tested regularly by SAI Global.

Our straight concrete septic tanks Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, come standard with inlet and outlet baffle. All lids have inspection openings and access covers. Local council guidelines must be followed when deciding on your septic requirements.

Concrete Tanks Delivery

Allcast Precast is located close to the Bruce highway on the Sunshine Coast giving us quick access to South East Queensland.

Smooth delivery.

Delivered where possible (within the delivery area) on our own crane truck and trailer combinations. Allcast Precast can guarantee on time deliveries and qualified operators with many years of tank delivery experience.

Easy installation.

Your precast product is loaded at our Woombye factory on our rear mounted crane trucks. It is then delivered and craned into position at your prepared site (where possible). Please refer to site preparation documents to ensure your delivery runs smoothly. If you have any questions regarding access and delivery please contact the office to discuss.

Each truck has a fully remote controlled crane system allowing the driver to maintain a safe operating procedure while positioning and unloading. All the unloading of the concrete tanks are made from the rear of the vehicle which has to be within 1.0 metre of the prepared site. Each truck is equipped with specialised lifting gear for delivery. Our drivers are qualified and professionally trained and also hold confined space tickets.
