Our Managing Director, Sam Pusey has over 20 years of experience working alongside leading tree care practitioners in Australia as a certified arborist. His career began when he was offered a highly prized position at the stunning Kings Park Botanic Gardens in Perth, WA. It was in Perth that Sam completed his four-year apprenticeship in Arboriculture before taking on a key role in tree transplanting and tree surgery for a company in Perth.
Sam recloated to Melbourne to follow his dream of working with one of the world's tallest trees, the Eucalyptus Regnans, widely known as Mountain Ash and exclusive to this pocket of the world. His sought after skills and expertise saw him taking a managerial job at a tree business located in Melbourne before starting Arbocraft.
