Preparation of engineering reports for MCU and ROL applications.

Detailed design and documentation of civil engineering works for operational works and construction approvals.

Certification of civil engineering designs (RPEQ).

Preparation of tender and contract documentation.

Contract administration including inspectoral visits and progress claims.

 Certification of construction works (RPEQ)

Preparation of building reports and dilapidation surveys

Preliminary sizing of structural elements

Detail design and documentation

Certification of designs (RPEQ)

On site inspections during construction
