The company has the ability to undertake the design and supervision of structural and civil engineering systems as well as management of multi-disciplinary design teams in commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects.

Baigents Pty. Ltd. was established in Melbourne in 1988 as a structural and civil engineering company providing consulting engineering services to the industrial and commercial sectors. Since then the company has grown and has now added shop detailing (steelwork & precast panels) and project management to its range of services. An additional office has also been established in Bendigo. This growth has been made possible by the company's commitment to economically providing quality engineering, documentation and service.

The company has four directors who are all active professional engineers and have extensive experience in the construction industry. The company has staff resources totalling over 30 professionals, technicians and supporting personnel.

The company has successfully completed a large number of projects in all Australian States, New Zealand and South East Asia.
