PILED RETENTION SYSTEMS

Basement Construction Services has the capabilities, experience and equipment to construct a range of Piled Retention Systems: Contiguous Pile Walls; Soldier Pile Walls; Secant Pile Walls and Diaphragm Walls.

Earth retention piles offer protection of neighbouring assets and workers during construction. A piled retention system provides superior site safety as shoring is fully installed prior to excavation. In addition, retention piles can act as an integrated foundation and earth retention structural element. Utilising the retention piles as foundations can reduce the project’s overall critical path timeframe and project costs. Piled retention systems can assist in maximising site utilisation by installing a piled retention system and subsequently building the basement wall close to the property boundary without impacting on neighbouring properties or buildings.
