DIRECTOR

Director of the company, Leon Brown, bought Browns Plumbing from his then boss, Russel Brown, after he completed his apprenticeship under him. Since them he has successfully built it up to what it currently is today.

Leon’s main priority has always been exceptional and honest customer service. He has a wealth of knowledge from being in the industry for so long and has passed this knowledge onto more than 10 apprentices that he has trained at Browns Plumbing. He prides himself on mentoring the next generation of up and coming plumbers, teaching them the old school ways of plumbing.

You won’t find many Plumbing Companies in Perth that have been owned for over 30 years by the same person. Leon’s reputation for outstanding work speaks for itself.

We pride ourselves on clearing drains first time and provide advice and quotes for longer term resolutions to keep drains from blocking up again in the future. All vans stock the latest equipment to ensure blockages are cleared in the timeliest and cost-effective manner. Sites are always left clean and tidy upon completion.

MINOR DRAIN BLOCKAGES

Minor blockages such as bathroom hair/soap blockages, are often cleared by using different tools such as drain augers, hand sani snakes, mini drain machines. These are all standard equipment kept in our vans.

LARGER BLOCKAGES

All vans stock larger drain machines which have various size cutters to cut through harder blockages such as tree roots. All vans also have small bore drain machines used for clearing tough grease/tree root blockages on smaller diameter waste lines.

JET WASHING

Water Jet washing is often used as the most cost-effective solution for larger blockages, especially if the blockage is in a hard to reach area. A high pressure hose is fed into the drain and then water is then used to blast away blockages such as grease, food debris and tree roots.

CAMERA SURVEYING

We have the latest CCTV technology and can assess a blocked drain to determine the cause of the blockage without the need to excavate. A cable with a camera is placed into the pipe and the footage is then able to be viewed to determine if the drain is in need of repair due to breakage or tree root intrusion. We can then provide an accurate quote to replace the damaged area if needed

Our vans stock all materials needed to repair, service and maintain your system to keep it running efficiently and diagnose any problems that may be occurring before they become major issues such as replacing anodes and tempering valves.

We have over 30 years of experience in providing plumbing needs to rental properties. There are currently over 50 real estate agencies that use Browns Plumbing as their preferred plumber. All of our plumbers have current police clearance certificates and are employees covered by the Browns Plumbing public liability insurance.

Our full time office staff process and prioritise all work orders and schedule appointments with tenants. We have an emergency job scheduler, so if the work is urgent, it will be scheduled for attendance the same day.

Our plumbers have great communication skills and work with the property managers keeping them up to date at all times. They follow only property manager instructions and any extra work requested by tenants or that needs to be done is always authorised by property managers before proceeding. We work within budget and are time and cost efficient, which avoids having to explain large plumbing bills to owners. Our plumbers take pride in cleaning up after themselves and ensure minimal disruption for the tenants.
