Concrete spraying or “shotcreting” is a method of spraying a wet mix of concrete onto a frame of steel reinforcement.

This reinforcement can be steel rods, steel fibers, or a steel mesh depending on the design detail. A high pressure hose is guided over the structure to form an even layer and then shaped to the desired form.

At CJR Concrete Pumping & Shotcreting Sydney, we can organise all of your preparation work which includes drilling and dowelling, meshing and steel fixing, installation of strip drain and drilling of weepholes. Once all of the preparation work is set in place, we will then complete the pumping and spraying of shotcrete with shotcreting finishes that consist of gun, screed, wood float or sponge.
