Coasteel Engineering is the leading manufacturer and supplier of structural steel fabrication on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Here at Coasteel, we offer full-service steel fabrication, from onsite measuring, estimating, detailing, supply and fabrication, right through to installation.

We have been operating on the Sunshine Coast for more than 30 years and are the preferred supplier for many industrial and government agencies. We provide structural steel fabrication services to the commercial, industrial, residential and government sectors, as well as custom steel fabrication project

Coasteel was established in 1988 and purchased by current owners David Slatter and Jen McIntyre in 2016. Their vision to deliver a high-quality product with friendly and professional service, has seen Coasteel Engineering develop into the leading structural steel fabrication business on the Sunshine Coast.

Our team are specialists in the fabrication and installation of structural steel, metal work, stair stringers and handrails, estimating and quoting, drafting, and fabricated custom steel supplies. We also provide surface treatments such as galvanising and powder coating and on-site welding services.

Our reputation is built on quality workmanship and our professional, friendly service. We use leading technology and can cater for projects up to 300 tonne in our 1600sqm custom designed workshop, with a 10 tonne overhead crane, CNC drill line and an additional 2500sqm hardstand storage area.
