CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

• Review and confirm Project Scope and Project Deliverables.
• Contract Administration
• Preparation of tender documents and co-ordinate the tendering process.
• Review OH&S and Environmental Systems
• Tender assessment and preparation of tender reports and recommendation.
• Administration of AS2421 & AS4000 contracts
• Surveillance of infrastructure works
• Liaison with authorities in order to secure the release of the Statement of Compliance for subdivisions

PROJECTS

Heil Engineering Consultants (HEC) has experience and capability in providing a complete Project Management, Design & Contract Administration package to manage and deliver all key phases of the project, starting with Project Briefing & Initiation through to the Delivery & Completion of the project. HEC will liaise with specialist consultants to ensure that all project particulars are catered for.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Implementing and managing Prince 2® Project Management Systems for projects.
• Identifying and liaising with key project stake holders, such as the Client, Municipalities, Catchment Management Authorities, Environmental Protection Authority, Service Authorities and the Public Sector including preparation of a Communication Management Strategy.
• Identifying client and project objectives and establish key deliverables and timeframes.
• Establish Quality Management Systems to ensure that the project scope, cost and timeframes are identified, managed and controlled throughout the duration of the project.
• Risk Management including identifying risks, assessing risk through risk matrix, preparing a risk management plan, implementation and maintenance of the plan and continual communication with key stakeholders.
• Chairing meetings with the Key Stakeholders and the Project Team
• Project Feasibility Assessments
• Preparation of Project Plans including Communication Systems, Risk Management Systems, Quality Control Systems, OH&S Systems.
• Continual Project Review and Reporting to Key Stakeholders.
