Hicks Civil And Mining

Hicks Civil and Mining is a family owned Aboriginal Business operating since 2010, with offices based in Port Hedland and Karratha. The company is run by; Peter Hicks (General Manager) Lisa Hicks (HR Coordinator) Caitlin and Keryn Hicks (Office Managers). Peter recognises as Ngarluma and Peter and his family have been in the area all their lives. 

Since 2010 the company has grown from strength to strength. HCM began with only one Six Wheel Tipper and recently (2018) completed Earthworks for the extension of BHP's South Flanks Mulla Mulla Camp. This particular project was a stepping stone for HCM to set its position in the industry and become a leader for other Aboriginal Businesses. 

HCM specialises in both dry and wet hire of equipment, civil / bulk and detailed earthworks. Out fleets consist of a 36T Excavator, D8 Dozer, Semi Water Truck, 6 Wheel Water Truck, 3.5T Excavator, 770G Grader and a Huski Bobcat.
