Established in 1981, Hillcoat Plumbing (South Coast) Pty Ltd was founded with the aim of providing commercial and industrial clients with the highest quality plumbing installations. Since our inception the client has always come first, ensuring a quality installation first time, every time. We have been lucky enough to work on many small, medium and large scale projects over the years and have built a reputation that has stood the test of time. Our team has, and continues to services areas across the illawarra, South Coast and Southern Sydney regions, gaining the valuable experience required to build a successful business that continues to exceed client expectations.

OUR HISTORY

The family owned and run business was established in 1981. Our reputation was built early and we were quickly contracted to undertake works with Illawarra based councils installing toilet blocks. The next large scale projects we completed were plumbing works for Arnold Hansen who were developing retirement villages and Unit blocks at the time. Our broad skill set was acknowledged when we were contracted by Quasar Constructions in 1994 to undertake a refurbishment of a commercial retail building. We have had a strong and ongoing relationship with Quasar since this build and have a substantial list of completed works. To see more, follow the link below.

Since Hillcoat plumbing was established in 1981 the family connection has been maintained. Several members of the family have a in-depth knowledge of the plumbing industry and are leaders in the company.

Adrian Hillcoat

Managing Director / Project Manager. 25 years experience in the Plumbing Industry. Diploma Plumbing Services. Diploma Civil Engineering and Construction.

Phil Hillcoat

Director / Site Supervisor. Over 50 years experience in the Plumbing Industry. Licenced Plumber and Drainer.

Mark Hillcoat

Director / Site Supervisor. Over 35 years experience in the Plumbing Industry. Licensed Plumber, Drainer and Gasfitter (69527C).
