Interfab has CNC Punch and CNC Laser/ Punch combo machine for all your punch requirements. Along with several hundreds of tools, Interfab can help with your sheet metal requirements.

With 6 CNC press brake machines, Interfab can fold your work pieces accurately and consistently to provide reliable high quality products for small or large work pieces.

Welding and fabrication of steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet metal. Interfab's skilled and ticketed welders and MIG/TIG robotics are able to weld thin gauge sheet metal as well.

Interfab offers a one stop shop, where we can linish, paint, powder coat, screen print, electroplate or manage any one of the other finishes that you may require for your jobs.

Interfab's fitters are able to assemble mechanical and electrical components and products for your needs. The image below shows powering up and testing electronic security enclosures.

Interfab is an Australian owned company, producing high quality sheetmetal fabrication and assemblies, with our workshop and office located in Baulkham Hills, north west of Sydney. Interfab was established in 1981 and continues to manufacture precision sheetmetal components and assemblies. The high quality work is supported by our quality system, ISO 9000:2015 certified by DNV-GL, where Interfab also manufactures several sheetmetal components for the Defence sector, via numerous Defence Prime Contractors.

Interfab has state-of-the-art machinery along with robotic welders and is one of Australia's most advanced precision sheetmetal workshops. More importantly, Interfab is backed by a strong team of professional personnel to provide high quality metal products to customer's specifications. Interfab has the capacity and flexibility to run extra multiple shifts when major orders or projects are won.

About Us

Interfab is a privately owned Australian, precision sheetmetal manufacturing company established in 1981. We pride ourselves on having a cohesive working environment where highly skilled people, with the latest technology and years of combined experience continue to deliver high quality products and with great customer service and support.

Originally incorporated to produce commercial prototypes for many of Sydney’s leading industrial design houses, Interfab quickly became a short to mid volume manufacturer to satisfy the needs of existing clients who were unable to source reliable volume supply to our prototype standards elsewhere.

We have since evolved to provide the complete end to end customer solution. Our advanced manufacturing platform is supported by Solidworks to program the sheetmetal cutting and folding requirements and our MRP Bill of Material (BOM) structure designed specifically for our manufacturing industry. The work pieces then move through our various state of the art manufacturing processes, including CNC Lasers or Combination Laser/Punch, CNC Press Brakes to be formed, then to be welded using Mig, Tig, Robotic or spot welding. Then most work pieces are powder coated and finally into mechanical and electrical assembly of total turn-key solutions.
