GOLD COAST 2018

It was the biggest international sporting event staged in Australia in the past decade.

Knobel Engineers Gold Coast was thrilled to offer our civil engineer services to contribute to several legacy venue developments for the XXI Commonwealth Games.

Blake Stephens

DIRECTOR - BEng (Hons) Civil, Coastal Engineering Major (1st Honours), MIEAust, Eligible for RPEQ

Blake joined Knobel Engineers in 2015, progressing to director in 2017. With 15 years of engineering experience, Blake has managed a broad portfolio of projects in both the public and private sector across APAC. Blakes extensive knowledge of engineering software, includes AutoCAD, 12D, Mapinfo, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, MIKE Flood/21/11, RORBWin XP Storm, WBNM, Rafts, MUSIC. Blakes customer centric, personable approach makes him an integral part of the leadership team. Blake holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Majoring in Coastal Engineering from Griffith University.

Trent Purdon

DIRECTOR - BEng Civil, MIEAust, CPEng, NER, RPEQ, APEC Engineer IntPE (Aus)

Trent joined Knobel Engineers in 2007 and became a director in 2009. With more than a decade of experience, Trent's depth of knowledge extends to residential, commercial and industrial developments, dam and spillway works, infrastructure projects, stormwater investigations, services upgrades and extensions, statutory approvals process and legislation.
