Our History

We are based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and have experienced personnel working in the Greater Sydney area and NSW coast for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on our high standard of workmanship and we are known for tackling and delivering the difficult jobs that no one else will. 

We divide our resources into two companies, Lloyd Building Pty Ltd (ABN 76 605 146 236, Licence number 285120C) which undertakes our residential building projects and can provide project management services along with Home Warranty insurance, and Lloyd Drilling Constructions Pty Ltd (ABN 30 101 956 209, Licence number 211535C) for commercial and government work.

Quality Services

Underpinning

We have specialised in underpinning since 1983. Having underpinning and lifted everything from single story brick piers, to six storey commercial buildings.

Structural Retification

We offer structural remediation works to commercial and residential clients, including spalling repairs, remedial masonry ties and helibars, temporary propping, removal, demolition and re-build.

Retaining Walls

We have experience constructing retaining walls of any size and type. From residential timber sleeper walls, to large scale fully engineered retaining structures.

Seawalls
