History

Rodney Mack, founder and director of Mack Steel Fixing, is a third generation steel fixer with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. In 2011, with over a decade’s experience leading steel fixing teams, Rodney set out to start a steel fixing company that puts customer satisfaction at the heart of its business. Over the last eight years, Mack Steel Fixing has grown into a successful business, winning bigger projects every year and making a name for itself in the Southeast Queensland steel fixing industry.

Our Strategy

Through regular communication and project monitoring, Mack Steel Fixing strives to build strong business relationships with our customers. We work hard to ensure construction deadlines surrounding steel fixing are met on time and to the highest quality without compromising safety.

At Mack Steel Fixing safety is of the highest priority. We ensure that our teams conform to all necessary safety standards and follow relevant SH&EWMS and other pertinent safety documentation.

Quality is a primary factor of customer service and, in today’s increasingly competitive business, environment our high-quality work makes us stand out. With our teams of highly experienced and dedicated steel fixers, we ensure that all of our work is done quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standard of quality. Additionally, Mack Steel Fixing has recently acquired ISO 9001:2008 certification for our Quality Management System

Environment

Here at Mack Steel Fixing, we do our part, to the best of our abilities, to ensure that our environmental impact is at its minimum and is in accordance with the most up to date environmental legislation. This, in turn, ensures that the projects we work on can meet their own environmental targets.

Accountability

Every employee who works for Mack Steel Fixing assumes responsibility for their workmanship and behaviour on site and we make sure that they are held accountable for both. We have apprentices who are building their careers, along with experienced steel fixers who are upgrading their qualifications.

Our Services

Our experienced steel fixers and knowledgeable foremen specialize in all aspects of steel reinforcement. Mack Steel has the added benefit of its own prefabrication warehouse and yard as well as its own truck for deliveries.
