Monadelphous’ experience is in providing customer-focused solutions, from engineering right through to construct and maintain, over the complete life cycle of an asset, in ways that are innovative, cost-effective and safe. Our diverse and multidisciplined teams live our values, with proven capability that is scalable from discrete packages of work to complete self-perform end-to-end projects.

Monadelphous offering is broken into two divisions, Engineering Construction and Maintenance and Industrial Services, which are supported by a Corporate division. Operating within the Engineering Construction division, the Heavy Lift team is an independent business unit with its own self sufficient operating structure and asset fleet. Led by a General Manager supported by specialist teams (tendering and estimating, asset management, commercial, operational teams, planning and mobilisation), we provide crane services, heavy lifting as well as haulage solutions directly to external customers and also works as an integrated team with both Monadelphous internal construction project teams and maintenance teams. 

We continue to grow from strength to strength since inception, our diverse project portfolio enables us to expand and right size our fleet as well as resources to meet client requirements. Recently, we took delivery of a 1,600T Crawler Crane (Tadano CC8800), the biggest crane in Australia for a BHP project.
