Perry Demolition

Perry Demolition is a proud family business, owned and operated by Bryce Perry. Involved in the demolition industry from a young age, Bryce has more than 15 years’ experience in domestic, industrial and commercial demolitions.

He started off on his own as a sole trader in 2013, before opening Perry Demolition in 2015. Along with Bryce, we have a team of experienced and professional demolition contractors, as well as trained and certified staff.

Perry Demolition is a registered Builder-Demolisher (Medium Rise Buildings) and has a range of industry accreditations and licenses, including a Class B Asbestos Removal license, allowing us to provide: asbestos removal and domestic, commercial and industrial demolitions as well as emergency make safe services.

We take pride in making demolition as easy as possible for our clients – we handle all the paperwork, including applying for and lodging the required permits. All our demolition services adhere to OH&S regulations and WorkSafe Victoria standards.
