Peter Jones Constructions is a family business, based in South East Queensland. Peter Jones has been a Carpenter and builder for almost 30 years, and is a member of the Queensland Master Builders Assocation.

As a custom builder, we proudly use local suppliers and tradesmen. The same team of reliable tradesmen work to Peter’s high standards. We work together to build the best home possible.

As a family owned building company, you the client deal direct with Peter Jones the builder. He attributes his ongoing success to his years of experience and listening to his client’s wishes from concept through to completion.

Peter Jones has a standard range of plans, but most of his homes are custom designed to meet your individual requirements.

Through Peter’s years of experience, we can simplify the design and build process for you.

We service Brisbane’s Northside up to Sunshine Coast, and inland to Woodford, Burpengary, Morayfield, etc.

Peter started off as an Apprentice for an ‘old style’ builder, where he not only learned carpentry, but everything from pouring concrete to laying tiles, to putting up plasterboard and laying Colourbond roofs.

Peter then worked with his own crew for many builders, learning different techniques and supervising other tradies. These experiences helped make him a very efficient builder, with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Since becoming a Registered Builder, he has done many different styles of homes, from pole homes on very steep sites, to duplexes, and even designing and building homes for very narrow blocks.
