Presently in the industry we have a regional shortage of Technical trades that is reflected in the present high rates. Our business focus is to address the issue by combining regional work forces with the larger Pacific Area, pooling and developing a more fluid work workforce.

Branch Networking

We already have large Australian Network sourcing personnel from numerous and diverse areas from Perth, Adelaide & Melbourne to Darwin. We also have a source of skilled and experienced personnel which is able to be deployed from New Zealand, who are selected because of experience from pulp & paper mills, dairy factories, Auckland steel mills and underground coal & gold mines, which is able to supply skilled & experienced personnel of up to 50 Electrical & Mechanical Trades; sourced from the Pulp & Paper Mills, Dairy Factories, Auckland Steel Mills and the Underground Coal & Gold mines.

Location

Townsville had been identified along with Mackay & Brisbane as one of the Main Industrial hubs of the Region. Trade Force has Townsville as our Head office with both Accounting & Business support sourced both locally & from Brisbane. We will have a combination of Branches and Agents throughout the Pacific Region
